Richie, Katie and Scotty at the Side Door Sat. September 21st, 2024

Richie and Katie have known Paul Lacques for forty years. He was the best man at their wedding in 1996. Songwriting collaboration began with the theatrical play and later the band, Rotondi, in Los Angeles in 1984 and continued through years and bands to follow. 
With his passing in February of this year, a musical vacuum was left behind. Best man, best friend, great guitar player, song writer extraordinaire, inventive, creative, a force of nature. We miss him dearly and, for this particular Side Door show in tribute to Paul, Richie and Katie (joined by fellow Yolo, Scott Prawalsky) will play a number of songs written by Paul and Richie, primarily from the Rotondi years. Mixed into this musical potpourri will be newly recorded songs from the upcoming Richie Lawrence solo record, Moving at the Speed of Trees.   Hope to see ya there.       Love to all.
